Dr. Eric J Neuberger
I started out on my journey to educate myself in a multidisciplinary fashion with the intent of making the world around me a better place, giving back to my community and helping who I can along the way. I have spent the last 6 years teaching all areas of science to grades 4th through 12th as well as mentoring & tutoring students at all levels including college. My approach to teaching is unique in that I believe deeply in the idea that ANY student of ANY age is capable of learning and becoming anything. It is a simply a matter of presenting the information in a way that makes sense to the student so their brain can process and encode the information. I have had close to a 100% success rate in teaching students of all ages and and backgrounds and because of my success, I believe I have a duty and obligation to help as many students as I can to understand their true potential and unlock their inner genius. As as an educator I apply a customed tailored educational experience for each student and use various tools and methods to bring the student from where they are to where they want to be.
My Story
My life has been dedicated to studying music, politics, psychology, biology, chemistry, genetics and neuroscience earning several degrees before attaining my doctorate from Rutgers University in biomedical neuroscience. As a biomedical research scientist for over 10 years, I conducted independent research in the field of traumatic brain injury and stem cell research. I was able to generate significant data and publish my results several times in various scientific journals and travel domestically and internationally presenting my research at various scientific conferences. After years as a research scientist working with high school and undergraduate summer students, I saw a gap in the knowledge between academic and industry skill sets needed. I decided to get involved with education and started working for a company developing experiments for elementary, middle and high school curriculum. The goal was to teach students science through hands-on experimentation rather than through lecturing and memorization. In 5+ years I worked with over 50,000 students from 4th to 12th grade, in over 30 districts in NJ and over 5+ states nationally including students with disabilities. My goal has always been to make the world a better place through positive vibrations and by doing what is right and by trying to instill in as many people as I can an understanding of the potential that exists within them. I created this company because I am good at what I do and I believe that conveys upon me a responsibility to use my talents and gifts to help as many students as I can realize their own limitless potential. A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.
Mission Statement
The goal of this company is to provide high quality educational services to as many students as possible and to eventually provide those services for as low a cost as possible. The goal is to fund the company through grants and donations in order to provide our services not only at a low cost but make them affordable and available to any student who needs them. At this point I have zero percent funding so I compared the prices of several tutoring companies in the area and set my price 25 to 33 percent lower. In addition to the lower price you also will get a higher quality service as I am more experienced and educated than 99 percent of all available tutors. I anticipate having funding over the course of the next year and as the funding goes up, the price per hour or session will decrease significantly.
​For now, the majority of tutoring sessions will be conducted virtually over zoom. I have invested a significant amount of time and money in designing a virtual studio in order to create a virtual experience that is state of the art. I will use multiple computers, multiple webcams, virtual camera and live streaming software, writing tablets and other educational resources to make the experience as high quality as possible. The goal for every session will be to provide an efficient, high-quality educational experience for every student. However, if you live in Morris County, NJ, I am willing to consider providing tutoring services at your residence if you prefer.
